WHERE CAN I PURCHASE BURQU?
BURQU garments are available here at our burqu.com online store. You can also find in Shopigo and Collection Point (Zorlu / Emar AVM).
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER WITHOUT CREATING AN ACCOUNT?
Yes, you can place an order as a guest. However if you create an account, you get the opportunity to save shipping and billing addresses in the address book, you will be able to view your order history and you can find tracking numbers for current orders. Also, you can get our exclusive offers just for our subscribers.
WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU CHARGE?
You can see the prices depending on your country’s currency but at the checkout your credit card will be charged in GBP.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and all other major credit cards.
HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?
You can contact us by sending an e-mail to hello@burqu.com and our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply. Our customer service team is available online 5 days a week, Monday – Friday, and work across different time zones for our international customers. Any enquiries sent on the weekends or public holidays will be responded to the following business day.
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
On each product page you can find all the individual garment fit notes. You can also contact us via email at hello@burqu.com or IG: burqu and we’ll help figure out the best size for you.
I AM A NEW CUSTOMER. CAN I GET A DISCOUNT ON MY ORDER?
We welcome all new customers to BURQU with one time discount of 10%. In order to get this discount, you have to subscribe to our newsletter and confirm your email address.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We offer global shipping with a flat rate standard to all destinations. Packages will be sent from our central warehouse in Istanbul. See Shipping page for more information.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DISPATCH MY ORDER?
We dispatch orders usually within 1-10 days. Please note that during sale periods our dispatch time can be longer. We cannot take responsibility, however, if the delivery time is longer than indicated. See the Shipping page for more information.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
We strive to ensure all items sold are of the highest standard and quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us straight away at hello@burqu.com so we can review the matter.
IS IT SAFE TO ORDER FROM YOUR ONLINE STORE?
Definitely. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you no longer want your purchase after placing the order, you will need to submit a return request and send the unwanted items back once the item/s have been received. Please note that once an order is shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Burqu cannot be held liable for the reimbursement of any shipping costs for change of mind purchases or due to the submission of incorrect shipping details when placing your order. Please ensure you check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All products on sale on our website are produced to order and refunds are not accepted for both domestic and international purchases. This phrase is clearly stated in the detail pages of the products.
Within 7 days from the date of receival of the product, you can change the size and model once.
To create an exchange request hello@burqu.com You must send an e-mail to the address indicating the reason for the change. Be sure to specify your name, surname and order code in the title of the e-mail.
Products sent without an e-mail exchange request WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED.
Your request for exchange will be answered via e-mail. Our Yurtiçi Cargo customer code will be sent to you together with the address information of our head office for shipping.
If you wish to ship your package back to us with a shipping company other than Yurtiçi Cargo, all shipping costs must be covered by you.
The new product will be sent back to you free of charge when the suitability of the products that reach us is examined and your request for change is approved.
Exchanges that do not comply with the terms stated above will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with receiver payment.
Terms of Exchange:
The exchange process is one time only. There can be no second exchange for the same order.

Our team is hard at work to guarantee your order is shipped as soon as possible. Items in your order may ship separately.
Average shipping time: 1-3 business days. Some shipments may take up to 5-7 business days to process and ship.
Please note that VAT/duties may apply for European countries outside of the EU and for Israel.
For non-EU countries, there may be delays due to customs. The above shipping times are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping location and respective international customs. BURQU is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
